You can reach me directly by telephone, email, or by using the contact form below. When contacting me, please include the watch manufacturer, model (if known), and a brief description of the problem.
If you choose to move forward, you can send the watch in for a full inspection—at that point, I’ll provide a firm quote (please refer to the Shipping page for details). For a general idea of pricing, see the Cost of Service page. If you decide not to proceed with the repair before any disassembly, the watch will be returned to you and you’ll only be responsible for return shipping. However, if the movement must be disassembled in order to provide an accurate estimate, a modest reassembly fee will apply.
