Omega Constellation Automatic Chronometer Ref. 168.005 – Calibre 564 | Service in Progress
This vintage Omega Constellation Automatic Chronometer, Reference 168.005, powered by the Omega Calibre 564, is currently undergoing service in our workshop. Introduced during the 1960s, the Calibre 564 is a 24-jewel automatic chronometer movement featuring a quickset date mechanism and is recognized for its precision, reliability, and excellent construction. During the servicing process, the drive wheel for the automatic winding module was replaced. Additionally, the yoke and spring for the quickset date mechanism were found to be missing. Replacement components were installed, restoring the quickset date function. The accompanying photographs document the watch, its movement, and the work performed.
