Brief History:
Introduced in the late 1980s, the Rolex 16200 represents a bridge between classic design and modern Rolex engineering. Powered by the in-house Caliber 3135—one of Rolex’s most successful automatic movements—this model features a quick-set date mechanism, balance bridge for improved stability, and the brand’s signature durability. The 16200 is often regarded as a refined evolution of earlier Datejust models, embodying the precision, reliability, and timeless style that define the vintage Rolex legacy.
