Warranty | Vintage Watch Repair

Warranty for serviced or repaired vintage watches

Many of the watches that I work on are in excess of 50 years old, and are subject to all the nuances of a mechanical piece of machinery. At times, even my best efforts during inspection fail to uncover faults in the mechanical system that are microscopic. That being said, I will always deal fairly, treating each project individually.

Always contact me if a watch that I have FULLY SERVICED fails to operate properly within 9 months, and we will work out the issue.  Most of the time I will take care of the issue at no charge.

If the watch was in for repair, but was NOT FULLY SERVICED, then I will evaluate the issue to see if it relates to the original repair.

This warranty excludes damage from events such as dropping the watch and other like catastrophes.

If you would like to initiate the repair of your vintage timepiece contact me directly, or visit getting started.
